摘要
目的 探讨妊高症患者脐静脉壁中膜平滑肌的形态学改变。方法 37例新鲜脐带 ,常规石蜡包埋、切片、苏木精和伊红染色法染组织结构 ,桔黄G染平滑肌 ,光镜观察及计算机图像分析。结果 妊高症患者中膜厚度、细胞核的数密度和面密度均增大 (P <0 0 5 ) ,平滑肌的含量增多。
Objective To study the morphological changes of the tissue structure of human umbilical cord vein in hypertensive states of pregnancy.Methods Thirty seven fresh human umbilical cord vein were collected,and serial sectioned by paraffin section methods and stained by HE, smooth muscle were stained by orange G respectively;observed with light microscope and image analysis system (Leica Q500IW).Results The thickness of media membrane and cellular nuclear numerical density(CNND)and the cellular nuclear area density(CNAD) are increased(P<0 05).Conclusion CNND and CNAD are increased indicate that it is an adapted reaction to the high pressure in hypertensive states of pregnancy.
