摘要
以泻火宁血健脾滋肾法 ,治疗 35例难治性原发性血小板减少性紫癜 ,观察治疗前后出血情况 ,血小板计数 ,血小板相关抗体 ,T细胞亚群变化 ,结果 :治愈 2例 ,显效 7例 ,良效 11例 ,进步11例 ,无效 4例 ,同时血小板相关抗体明显下降 ,出血减少 ,全身症状改善。
Fire Draining,Blood Calming,Spleen Kidney Nourishing Therapy'was used to treat 35 cases of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).The bleeding condition,platelet count,platelet related antibody,T subsets were observed.Results showed that 2 cases got cure,7 cases excellent effects,11 cases good effects,11 cases improvement and 4 cases failure;that when the platelet related antibody obviously reduced,the bleeding lessened and general symptoms improved.
