摘要
用Fe(acac) 3 Al(i Bu) 3 α ,α′ dipy(acac 乙酰丙酮 ,dipy 联吡啶 )催化邻苯二甲酸酐与环氧环己烷开环交替共聚反应 ,研究了Fe/Al,Fe/α,α′ dipy摩尔比对聚合反应的影响 .用核磁共振技术研究了共聚物的交替度 ,测得了共聚物中邻苯二甲酸酐含量达 31%以上 .用凝胶渗透色谱仪测得了共聚物的分子量 .结果表明 ,共聚物分子量的分散度很窄 .共聚反应动力学研究结果表明 ,共聚对单体的浓度呈一级反应 ,表观活化能为 36
The alternating copolymerization of phthalic anhydride (PA) with cyclohexene oxide (CHO) catalyzed by Fe(acac) 3 Al( i Bu) 3 α,α′ dipy (acacacetylacetone, dipydipyridine) was studied. The copolymerization was carried out under nitrogen atmosphere in a glass tube, provided with a rubber stopper being afforded to introduce solution by means of a syringe. 10 mmol of PA and 10 mmol of CHO were introduced to 10 ml of toluene. The copolymerization was carried out at 70 ℃ for 5 h. The copolymer was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The PA content is 31% in the copolymer. The copolymerization can be performed in solvents such as alkane and aromatic hydrocarbon. The copolymer yield is higher in aromatic hydrocarbon than in others. The third component such as α,α′ dipy, 8 hydroxy quinoline, acetone or carbon tetrachloride exerts great influence on the copolymerization. The copolymer yield is higher with α,α′ dipy as the third component than others. The molecular mass distribution of copolymer is not changed with n (CHO)/ n (PA). The suitable n (Al)/ n (Fe) is 6~8, and the suitable n (Fe)/ n (α,α′ dipy) is 1. The reaction kinetics indicated that the copolymerization is first order with respect to the monomer concentration, and the activation energy is 36 1 kJ/mol.
