摘要
为满足医学上的需要 ,提出了开关电容电荷平衡A/D转换器 ,对其工作原理进行了详细地分析 ,并与压差式传感器。
For medicinal demand,the A/D convertor based on charge balance on switch capacitor was put forward.Its work theory was analysed in detail.A measure system of high precision pressure difference sensor is composed of pressure difference sensor and single chip microprocessor which can carry data far away.
