摘要
各种内部和外部原因的存在使我国目前的上市公司面临着很大的财务风险。本文通过分析上市财务风险的主要来源,提出增加企业现金流量的重要性,并在此基础上提出了以此为核心的财务风险防范方法。
Various internal and external reaso ns have brought serious financial risk to Chinese corporations that have offered stock on the stock market.Ba sed on the analysis of the types and so urces of corporation financial risk,this paper concludes the key of financial risk.Upon the above work,this paper raises the suggestions on how to prevent financial risk.
