摘要
我们设计加工了能装60片膜片的HIRFL束运线上的剥离器支架,达到了物理及机械设计要求,该剥离器支架腔体的真空度好于13.3μPa; 碳剥离膜上能够承受150kV的正高压,以补偿重离子束透过碳膜后的能损;齿轮能平滑地传动,无冲击现象;支架内的膜片的中心轴和束流中心轴之间的偏差在1mm以内。最近,此支架已成功地使用在HIRFL的束运线上。
A stripper holder with 60 foils has been designed and has been used in the beam line of HIRFL. The vacuum in the cavity is better than 13.3 μPa, and carbon foils can withstand a high positive voltage up to 150 kV. The gears in the planetary system can be driven smoothly with no shock. The deviation between the central axes of the foils and the beam line is within 1 mm. Basically the stripper has met the requirement both in physical and in mechanical designs.
