摘要
快速成型技术是集光学、电子、材料、计算机等多学科的高新技术。通过简要介绍快速成型技术在国内外发展的现状,并针对国内在此领域发展的不足,结合两期快速成型方面的“863计划”的研究成果,提出一种基于快速成型技术的集成制造系统体系。该集成制造系统综合了快速成型。快速模具制造、快速反求工程及并行工程、虚拟制造、网络等配套技术,可大大提高产品的开发速度,增强企业的竞争能力。最后介绍了快速成型技术在微机械制造方面的应用。
The rapid prototyping & manufacturing technology (RPM) is a new high technology consisting of optics, electron-ics, materials, computer, etc. The development of RPM at home and abroad is presented in the paper. Pointing at the weakness of the domestic development in this field and based on the research results of two phases of '863 plan' in RPM, a RPM - based integrated manufacturing system is put forward. With rapid prototyping & manufacturing technology, rapid tooling technology, rpaid reverse engineering, parallel dngineering, virtual manufacturing technology and network technology integrated, this inte-grated manufacturing . system will greatly speed up the development of products and enhance the competitiveness of the enter-prises.
