发热对急性卒中预后的影响及其机制 被引量:9

摘要 发热可以使脑缺血梗死体积增大,其可能机制包括:兴奋性神经递质的释放、氧自由基的产生、血脑屏障的变化、缺血性去极化、脑代谢及第二信使作用方式的改变和细胞骨架的降解,近年来大量的临床资料表明,发热可增大脑梗死体积,增加病人的死亡率,还可使病人预后变差。低温治疗可以明显改善脑梗死病人的顶后。
