摘要
目的研制低分子肝素的类脂质体制剂。方法以乙醚注入法制备低分子肝素类脂质体 ,以正交设计优化制备工艺 ,并对其形态、包封率、稳定性等进行研究。结果低分子肝素类脂质体颗粒为球形或类球形 ,大小较均匀 ,粒径在 0 .5~ 4 μm之间 ,包封率为 3 1.76% ;在 4℃和 2 5℃贮存 3个月 ,类脂质体形态粒径及包封率无明显变化。结论乙醚注入法优化工艺制备的类脂质体 ,包封率较高 。
PurposeThe aim is to investigate the preparation of niosome encapsulating low molecular weight heparin. MethodsThe niosomes were prepared by ether injection method and the technology was selected by orthogonal design. The morphology, the encapsulated ratio and the stability of the niosomes were studied.ResultsThe niosomes were spherical with the diameter between 0.5 and 4μm, and the encapsulated ratio of the niosomes was 31.76%. The niosomes stored at 4℃ or 25℃ for three months were stable. ConclusionThe niosomes prepared by the ether injection method had high encapsulated ratio and good stability.
