摘要 选用钛酸丁酯为原料 ,用溶胶 凝胶 超临界干燥法合成了TiO2 纳米粒子。结果表明 ,在c(Ti4 + ) =0 3~1 0mol/l,c(H2 O) /c(Ti4 + ) =2~ 12 ,c(HAc) =0 3~ 2 4mol/l这一较宽的范围内均可以得到TiO2 醇凝胶 ,经过适当老化时间后 ,进行超临界干燥 ,得到的TiO2 纳米粒子粒径是 2 0~ 30nm ,为球形。 Nanosized TiO 2 particles were prepared by the sol gel surpercritical fluid drying processing from tetrabutyl titanate. The concentrations of reactants were confirmed as c (Ti 4+ )=0 3~1 0 mol/l, c (H 2O)/ c (Ti 4+ )=2~12 , c (HAc)=0 3~2 4 mol/l. Aging time and supercritical fluid drying processing were investigated as well. The result showed that the products were spherical, amorphous and fine, which sizes were of 20 nanometer.
