摘要
目的 通过病例分析,探讨小儿脐部疾病不同类型的诊断与治疗。方法 复习125例脐部疾病,包括脐出血2例,脐炎9例,脐肉芽肿13例,卵黄管与脐尿管异常85例,脐疝14例;脐膨出2例。治疗为抗炎、引流换药、硝酸银烧灼、手术切除及随访等。结果 125例中除2例死于严重感染外均治愈。随访3月至8年(平均3年),脐部正常,效果满意。结论 小儿脐部疾病并非少见,不同类型的诊断与治疗各有特点,手术范围应彻底,以免引起感染、复发、癌变等。
Objective To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of different types of umbilical diseases in children. Methods 125 cases of umbilical diseases in children were reviewed. These were 2 umbilical bleeding, 9 omphalitis, 13 umbilical granuloma, 85 anomalies of vitelline duct and urachus, 14 umbilical hernia and 2 omphalocele. Antibiotics, debridement and drainage, cautery with silver nitrate, operation and follow-up were used for treatment. Results One hundred and twenty-three cases were successfully cured and 3 months to 8 year follow-up (mean 3 years) revealed satisfactory results. Two cases died of severe infection. Conclusion Umbilical diseases are not uncommon in children. Different types of diseases have their own features in the diagnosis and treatment. The extent of operation should be thorough to avoid further injury such as infection, recurrence and canceration etc.
