摘要
目的 了解急性呼吸道感染 (ARI)非细菌性多病原体混合感染的情况 ,为预防误诊误治 ARI提供客观依据。方法 对 ARI患者的呼吸道分泌物标本检测腺病毒 (ADV)、巨细胞病毒 (CMV)、柯萨奇病毒 (COX)、呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)、肺炎衣原体 (CP)、肺炎支原体 (MP)等病原体。结果 ARI组 ,两种及多种病原体混合感染占 31.5 % ;对照组 ,也有少量阳性检测结果 ,但无混合感染情况。结论 在 ARI患者中 。
Objective To understand the condition of mixed infection of non-bacterium pathogens in the patients with acute respiratory infection(ARI) for preventing misdiagnosis and maltreatment of ARI.Methods 122 patients with ARI were studied,and 48 healthy peoples as control group. Pathogens such as Adenovirus(ADV),Cytomegalovirus(CMV),Coxsackie virus(COX),Respiratory syncytial(RSV),Chlamydia pneumonia(CP) and mycoplama pneumonia(MP) in respiratory secretion were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results There was 31.5% mixed infection of the pathogens in ARI group.There was a few pathogens in the control group,but no mixed infection.Conclusions In the patients with ARI,the mixed infection of pathogens is common.
