摘要
[目的 ]研究活血化瘀开窍法对脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑组织一氧化氮合成酶 ( NOS)及自由基的影响。 [方法 ]48组大鼠随机分为 6组 ,脑醒冲剂高、中、低剂量组、尼莫通组、模型组、假手术组 ,分别测定 NOS、 LPO、 SOD、 GSH- Px,并作统计学处理。 [结果 ]活血化瘀开窍中药能适度提升脑组织 NOS浓度 ,并能提高 SOD、 GSH- Px的活性 ,降低 LPO水平 (与模型组比较 ,P <0 .0 1或 P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论
Objective\] To explore the effects of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and resuscitating treatment on nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and free radical during cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in the rat \All rats were allocated to TCM groups(with high, moderate and low dosages respectively, Group A, Group B and Group C respectively), Nimotop group (Group D), model group(Group E) , mimic operation group(Group F) Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion rat model was established after 7 days of treatment Indices of brain such as NOS, LPO, SOD, GSH Px were determined \ In TCM grouds, NOS, SOD and GSH Px were enhanced, while LPO was lowered as compared with Group E(P<0 05 or P<0 01) \[Conclusion\] The activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and resuscitating treatment can protect the rat brain from ischemia/reperfusion trauma
