摘要
介绍了四工位彩色显示管排气台的自动控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心构成 ,它不但提高了排气过程的自动化程度 ,而且在出现故障时能及时报警并自动断电保护。文中讨论了该系统的结构、工作原理及其程序设计。
This paper introduces the automatic control system of exhaust table of four color CRTs.This system is mainly consisted of programmable logical controller.Not only can it improve the automatic degree of exhaust process,but also can alarm in time and protect itself by cutting of the power when there is something wrong.The structure,principle and programming of the system are discussed.
