摘要
为探讨细胞骨架在回肠上皮和抗原呈递细胞的表达,用细胞骨架的单克隆抗体对日本正常雌性兔的回肠石蜡切片进行免疫组织化学ABC法染色。结果表明,波形蛋白(vimentin)表达于回肠淋巴滤泡上皮中的微皱褶细胞(M细胞)和血管内皮;微管蛋白(α-tubulin)表达于M细胞、柱状吸收细胞和血管内皮;肌动蛋白(actin)表达于M细胞、柱状吸收细胞和血管内皮和平滑肌、结缔组织的一些细胞;细胞角蛋白-18(cytokeratin-18)表达于肠绒毛上皮的纹状缘。本文对细胞骨架的意义进行了讨论。
To investigate the distribution of cytoskeleton components in rabbit, the ileum of normal female adult white rabbit were fixed well in 4% paraformldehyde and paraffin section were prepared according to routine methods. Anticytokeratin-7,-8,-18,-19, antiactin, antivimentin and anti alpha tubulin monochlonae antibody, were employed with immunohistochemical ABC methed. Results: The M cells of Peyer' s patch in ileum and endothelium of blood vessels in lamina propria were immunopositive for vimentin. The absorptive cells of villi, M cells of PP and endothelium were immunopositive for tubulin. The striated border of absorptive cells, the smooth muscle of lamina propria in villi and some cells of connective tissue were immunopositive for actin. The striated border of absorptive cells were immunopositive for cytokeratin-18. Significance of expression of the cytoskeleton protein in ileum was discussed.
