摘要
本文从建立地勘单位经营者有效的激励约束机制出发 ,着重探讨了中国冶勘一局对经营者实施股票期权激励的现状、有利条件和基本思路 ,论证了该局建立股票期权激励的可行性。
Starting from establishing effective encouraging and binding mechanism for management in geological prospecting units, the paper approaches the No.1 Bureau's current situation, favorable condition and basic thought of encouraging management's option on share. Then it proves the feasibility of establishing this kind of system in the bureau.
