摘要
研究了具有高塑性低屈服点的减震器用钢化学成分、冶炼、轧制、组织和性能。结果表明 ,0 .0 3 % C-0 .45 % Mn- 0 .11% Si- 0 .0 77% Al试验钢的屈强比、伸长率、低温韧性和焊接性等综合性能 ,在试验条件下均满足减震器用钢的要求 ;在进一步深入研究和工业试验后 。
In this paper, the chemical composition, melting and rolling technology, microstructure and properties of steels with high plasticity, low yield point applied to earthquake damping device were studied. The experimental results show that the integrate properties, including the ratio of yield strength to ultimate strength, elongation, low temperature toughness and weld ability etc.of tested steel containing 0 03 %C 0 45 %Mn 0 11 %Si 0 077 %Al satisfy the requirements for earthquake damper under tested conditions. It is expected that the steels can be used to manufacture the dampers for building after further research and industrial test.
