摘要
在许多广告、艺术品、模具等雕刻零件编程中,往往是通过扫描图象来获得零件的尺寸,这就需要一种能够基于图象的刀具路径生成技术。本文主要介绍了图象的轮廓跟踪算法、轮廓点过滤拟合处理算法以及各种基于图象轮廓线的二维、三维雕刻加工技术。该技术已应用于自己开发的雕刻软件中,并在自己开发的数控雕刻机上加工试验,获得了较好的样品。
This paper introduces the algorithm based on following the trace of contour for image, processing algorithm for sequence point of the contour lines and various 2-dimension and 3-dimension engraving and machining technology based on 2D contour lines of image, because dimensions of a lot of engraving molds derived from scanned image. This technology has been applied on our own engraving software, and it has engraved good sample on our engraving machine.
