摘要
介绍以 Altera CPLD FLEX1 0 K器件为虚拟载体 ,在 Windows95 /98下借助 Delphi5 .0实现的人机界面 ,在 PC机的控制下 ,离线完成对常用 TTL74和 5 4系列 ,CMOS40 0 0和 45 0 0系列 ,常用 RAM,EPROM。
Introduce a testing instrument, which used the Alter CPLD FLEX10K device as the virtual carrier that was controlled by PC By means of Delphi 5 0 in Windows95/98, can qualitatively test the malfunction of many kinds ofchips away from the system such as the series of TTL74 and TTL54, CMOS 4000 and CMOS 4500, RAM, EPROM, the some monostable IC chips etc The instruments' design principle and realizing method are also given
