摘要
本文介绍了LF—11激光装置高效率倍频系统的原理和结构,阐述了实现高效率倍频的各种技术途径,给出了倍频的转换效率,晶体的调谐半宽度以及基频激光和倍频激光的远场发散角,近场分布和时间波形等实验结果,利用该系统进行了0.53μm波长激光的ICF实验。
We present the design principle and structure of a high efficiency frquency-comerting system used on LF-11 laser facility. We measured the conversion rates, the allowable mismatching angle for the KDP crystal , the far-field divergence angle , near-field intensity distributions, and time profiles of the ω0 and 2ω0 laser beams. Finally we introduce an ICF experiment with the 2ω0 laser beam conducted for the first time in China .
