摘要
目的 观察七氟醚对全麻患者呼吸循环和苏醒时间的影响 ,并与异氟醚和安氟醚比较。方法 85例择期腹部手术患者随机分成七氟醚 (S)组 ,异氟醚 (I)组和安氟醚 (E)组 ,术中各组吸入麻醉药以 1.0 MAC的浓度吸入 ,连续观察血压、心率等指标 ,测术前、拔管前 1min、拔管后 5 min、10 mim、30 min的 Vt、RR和 SPO2 。结果 S组中血压、心率变化与及 E组基本相同 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,恢复期各项指标明显好于 I组和 E组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,苏醒时间明显短于 I组和 E组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 七氟醚对呼吸循影响较小 ,苏醒时间短 ,且过程较平稳。
Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane on cardiopulmonary circulation and the awakening time in general anesthetized patients,and compare it with isoflurane and enflurane.Methods Eighty five patients scheduled for abdominal operation were randomly divided into three groups:Group S,Group I and Group E.In all groups the concentration of inhalation anesthetics was 1.0 MAC.BP and HR were measured,and Vt,RR and SPO 2 were detected before operation,one minute before extubation,and five minutes,ten minutes and thirty minutes after extubation.Results The changes of BP and HR in Group S were similar to Group E( P >0.05).Indexes of restoration stage in group S were better than those in Group I and Group E( P <0.05 or P <0.01).The awakening time in Group S was shorter than that in group I and Group E( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion Sevoflurane has mild effect on cardiopulmonary circulation in general anesthetized patients and the awakening time is shorter.
