摘要
目的：探讨微型闭合性针刀手术治疗膝关节增生性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：对８８例患者采用微型针刀手术治疗，每五天一次，平均治疗３～５次，观察其疗效。结果：８８例患者术后平均随访１年，优良率８６．４％，复发７例（７．９％），再治疗两次愈。结论：微型闭合性针刀手术治疗膝关节增生性关节炎简单易行，疗效满意，值得推广应用．
Objective: To discuss the clinical effect on the closed surgical treatment for proliferative arthritis of knee joint with acupotome. Methods:88 cases were treated with closed acupotomy on the painful points around knee joints,once every 5 days, 3-5 times on average,then investigated its effect. Results: 88 patients were followed up about 1 year after surgery. 86. 4% of the patients achieved good and excellent results. 7. 9% reoccured. Conclusion: The closed surgical treatment for proliferative arthritis of knee joint with acupotome is a simple,effective and applica- ble method and is worth popularizing.
