摘要
目的 分析 392例住院精神分裂症患者平均住院日的影响因素 ,为制定精神分裂症平均住院日标准提供依据。方法 取一年内首次住院的全部精神分裂症患者 ,用 SPSS软件包对相关因素进行统计分析。结果 影响精神分裂症平均住院日的因素很多 ,其中最明显的是费用来源和婚姻状况。结论 依据本地区出院病人资料 ,并考虑到病程、婚姻、性别、年龄因素的影响来核定平均住院日标准。
Objective To analyse the different factors affecting the average hospital stay among 392 schizophrenia inpatients and to provide evidence for formulating standard of average hospital stay on schizophrenia. Methods For all schizophrenia patients hospitalized in the first time in 2000, related factors were analysed by SPSS software. Results There were many factors affecting the average hospital stay of patients with schizophrenia, of which the first affecting factor was source of admission fee, and the second was status of marriage. Conclusions It is necessary to check and ratify the standard of average hospital stay according to the data of local discharge patients combining with course , marriage, gender and age.
