正常口腔粘膜上皮的细胞角蛋白的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨CK10、CK13、CK18、CK19在正常口腔粘膜中的表达。方法 :正常颊粘膜、舌腹口底粘膜、附着龈粘膜、舌背粘膜标本各 8例 ,10 %中性福尔马林液固定 ,石蜡包埋 ,5 μm连续切片 ,用LSAB法进行CK10、CK13、CK18、CK19的免疫组化染色。结果 :正常颊粘膜和舌腹口底粘膜基底细胞层散在表达CK19,基底上层表达CK13;正常附着龈粘膜基底上层表达CK10 ;正常舌背粘膜基底细胞层可散在表达CK19,基底上层表达CK10和 或CK13。结论 Objective: To investigate the expression of CK10, CK13, CK18 and CK19 in normal oral mucosa. Methods: 32 normal specimens (8 buccal mucosa, 8 ventral and oral floor mucosa, 8 attached gingival mucosa, 8 dorsal mucosa) were fixed in 10% neutral formalin and embeded in wax. The immunohistochemical staining for CK10, CK13, CK18 and CK19 were carried out on the 5μm consecutive sections. Result: In normal buccal ,ventral and oral floor mucosa, CK19 expressed in basal cells and CK13 expressed in superbasal cell layers; In normal attached gingiva, CK10 expressed in superbasal cell layers; In normal dorsal mucosa, CK19 espressed in basal cells and CK10 and/or CK13 expressed in superbasal cell layers. Conclusion: The patterns of CK expression were different in different sites of normal mucosa.
