摘要
利用冻融法将质粒 p CAMBIA- h BMP- 3 m直接转入根癌农杆菌 LBA440 4 ,以烟草无菌苗叶盘为外植体 ,通过农杆菌介导法进行遗传转化 ,获得了在含 2 5 mg/L潮霉素 (Hy-gromycin,Hyg)的筛选培养基上再生的抗性植株 ,经 PCR检测呈阳性 ,初步鉴定并筛选整合了人骨形成蛋白 -
The plasmid pCAMBIA hBMP 3m was introduced directly to the Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain LBA4404 by freeze thaw method.The explant of leaf disc from tobacco sterile plants were transformed by LBA4404,plants were regenerated in selection medium containing 25 mg/L hygromycin.The PCR test of the plants were positive.It is initially shown that the gene of Human Bone Morphogenetic Proteins 3 Mature Peptide was integrated into the genome of tobacco.
