摘要
本文以光电子动力学理论为基础,采用成核生长理论模型Nucleation&GrowthModel和蒙特卡罗方法Monte-CarloMethod,模拟光电子的产生、传播、衰减、直到实现潜影中心为止的感光过程。在讨论成核生长模型的基础上,把卤化银材料的感光过程分为五个阶段进行模拟,并对各个阶段的模拟算法进行了较详细的论述。
On the basis of photonelectron dynam ics theory,the authors adopted Nucleation &Growth Model and Monte -Carlo method to simulate the photose nsitive process from the creation,t ransmission,decay of the photon to t he for-mation of latent image center.According to the model,the photosensitiv e process was divided into five stages and the algorithm for each stage was reviewe d in detail.
