摘要
建立了用火焰原子光谱法测定中药冲剂中钾、镁的快速分析方法。用硝酸溶液 (1+ 1)溶解样品 ,分别以吸收法及发射法测定镁、钾。工作曲线法的测定结果与灰化法一致 ,相对误差小于± 0 8% ,t检验表明本方法与灰化法之间无显著性差异。方法简便、快速。
