摘要
目的 :探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一种疾病所产生的经济效果。方法 :运用药物经济学成本 效果分析方法对 3组 (A ,B ,C组 )小儿支原体肺炎治疗方案进行回顾性分析。结果 :治疗总有效率B组 ( 96.97% )最高。结论 :运用药物经济学成本 效果分析方法得出A组费用为 70 2 .3 0元 ,B组为 4 5 6.86元 ,C组为 2 11.4 2元。
Objective:To explore the economic effectiveness of different regimens for treatment of a same dosage.Methods:3 regimens for treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia were compared by cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:The best total effective rate was obtained by regimen B((96.9 7%).)Conclusion:The cost for regimen A=702.30 yuan,regimen B=456.86 yuan and regimen C=211.42 yuan.
