This paper briefs the formation and methods of quality engineering technology, briefly analyses the idea, characteristics, nucleus of quality engineering technology, the relationship between quslity engineering and reliability technology, and the role of quality engineering technology in Concurrent Engineering and Lean Pro-duction .
