深栽造林钻孔机研制——钻尖结构参数与切刀刃角对钻孔阻力矩的影响 被引量:3

摘要 1995年以来 ,通过对 3种形式深栽造林钻孔机的研制和不断改进 ,一种钻孔效率较高、操纵简单、移动方便的牵引式设备得到了认可 .在设备研制成功的基础上 ,对钻孔机钻头不同钻尖、不同切土刀刃角进行了实地试验研究和分析 .结果表明 ,钻尖的类型对钻孔阻力矩有一定的影响 ,但较小 ;切土刀刃角在 30° ,45°,6 0°的变化 ,对钻孔阻力矩几乎没有影响 .由此而推论 。 The deep planting earth auger is a necessary equipment for tree deep planting. Three kinds of the machines have been developed and improved step by step since 1995. A trailed deep planting earth auger was accepted by users with its high efficiency, easy operating and convenient transportation characteris-tics. Based on the machine development, a research and analyses of auger drill bits with different kinds of drill tips and soil cut blade angles were carried out in tree planting field. The result shows that auger drill tips has little effect on the hole drilling resistance. The soil cut blade angles with 30°,45°and 60° almost have not differences when the auger drilling holes. It could be deduced that the main factor of resistance torque for auger drilling is the soil moving up along with the auger spiral wing.
