摘要
介绍了物理气相沉积氮化钛(PVD)涂层工艺及在工具表面处理中的应用。并在一汽的实际应用中,对几种丝锥和冲头进行了涂层试验。对试验中出现的现象进行了分析和探讨。
This paper presents the technology of Tin plating by physical gas-phase sedimentation and its application in tool plating. In The First Automobile works, the experiments of various screw taps and punch pins plated with TiN by this way are carried out, in this paper the experimental results aro analysed and discussed as well.
