利用等色点的特点 ,通过测定配合物的形成度 ,建立了含有高配位比的逐级配合物稳定常数的测定方法。在 0 .75mol/LH2 SO4溶液和过量溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在的介质中 ,试用于Sn(Ⅳ )和邻硝基苯基萤光酮体系 ,测得 β1∶2 =1 931× 1 0 1 1 ,β1∶4=2 .1 35× 1 0 2
Based on the property of isosbestic point,a new method for determining the stepwise stability constants of high coordination number complexes was developed. It was used in the Sn(Ⅳ) and o nitrophenylfluoron complex system in the medium of H 2SO 4 and excessive cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. The estimated stepwise stability constants β 1∶4 and β 1∶2 are 2.135×10 22 and 1.931×10 11 , respectively.
