摘要
本文试图对我国中小学“科研兴校”现象作出理论上的解释 ,提出“科研兴校”作为教师管理策略的基本原理是 :实现教师转型与学校教育改善的同期五动。内含三层涵义 :实现教师转型的原理 ;实现学校教育改善的原理 ;实现教师转型与学校教育改善的同期互动原理。
The paper points out the basic principle of Sciential Study Promoting Schools which means the interaction of teachers' transformation and school education's promotion. It implies three parts: the principle of realizing teachers' transformation; the principle of realizing school education's promotion; the principle of the interaction of teachers' transformation and school education's promotion.
