摘要
目的了解引起老年人麻醉手术期间体温降低的诸多因素以及低温所产生的并发症。方法40例老年病人进手术室起即连续监测体温以及其它各项生命体征至手术结束。结果麻醉操作过程、麻药、手术时间、术中输血、体腔冲洗等都会引起体温下降。术毕低温与术后并发症有相关性。结论老年人术中体温下降十分常见,有必要采取一些措施以维持术中体温恒定。
Objective To observe the factors which led to te mperature lowering during anesthesia and operation in the aged.Methods Monitoring body -temperature for 40selected cases during anesthesia an d operation in the aged.Results During this period,anesthesia,ste rilization,surgical manipulation,blood -transfusion,rinsing the ca vity,duration of operation would lead to lower body temperature.Perioperative hypothermia would c ause a series of complications.Conclusions It was very important to maintain the body -temperature during the anesthesia a nd operation,especial for the aged p atients.[
