摘要 提高熔融碳酸盐燃料电池 (MCFC)性能、延长其寿命是促进其商业化的关键。对MCFC主要性能影响因素 :工作压力、温度、反应气体的组成和利用率、杂质、电流密度和工作时间等进行了分析。结果表明 ,提高气体工作压力和温度可以提高电池性能 ,但为保证电池寿命 ,应限制在一定范围内 :反应气体组成的变化将影响MCFC电压 ;为获得电池整体最佳性能 ,利用率不应过高 ;燃料气体中的杂质必须加以清除 ;在所应用的电流密度范围内 ,电压损失主要是由欧姆过电位造成 。 Improved performance and prolonged lifetime were important for molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) to be commercialized. Major factors affecting the MCFC, including operating pressure, temperature, composition and utilization of reactant gases, impurities, current density and operating time were anlyzed. The results show that elevated pressure and temperature may improve the performance of the MCFC, however, to attain a long lifetime, an upper limitation should be made for them. The composition of reactant gas will also affect the voltage of the MCFC, and to obtain overall optimal performance, a compromised utilization is given. Impurities in the fuel gas must be cleared. Over the range of current densities of interest is the linear IR loss, so we should try to reduce the value of ohmic resistence.
