摘要
茂名热电厂WGZ 410 / 9 8 3型燃油锅炉由回油调节改为进油调节 ,在运行中存在调节性能差、容易发生故障等问题 ,因此 ,必须对进油热力系统和热控自动调节系统进行改造。起初在锅炉上加装了进油调节旁路管 ,但出现了燃油雾化不理想、供油不足等问题。针对这些问题进行分析 ,最后决定热力系统的调试方式改为双回路供油双回路调节 ,进油自动调节系统的改进措施是采用KMM可编程调节器、AUMA电动执行机构和Fisher线性调节阀。介绍了进油自动调节系统输入回路、PI调节回路、系统监视和控制模式切换的工作过程。 4年的运行情况表明 ,改造后的进油调节系统可靠性高 ,调节品质优良。
After the oil fired boiler type WGZ 410/9 8 3 in Maoming Cogeneration Power Plant was converted from fuel oil return regulation into feed regulation, there existed the problems of poor regulating performance and liability to fault in operation. Therefore,an improvement had to be made on the feed thermodynamic system and the automatic thermal control system. At first the feed control bypass was added to the boiler,but the problems of unsatisfactory oil atomization and inadequate oil supply arose. Finally a scheme of adopting double circuit oil supply and regulation was presented to modify the thermodynamic system. Meanwhile,the automatic feed control system was improved with KMM programmable controller,AUMA electric actuator and Fisher linear control valve. The working process of input circuit,PI control circuit,system monitoring and conversion of control modes are included in this paper. Four years' operation validates the high reliability and good control quality of the improved oil feed system.
