摘要
根据近年来 30 0MW机组试运阶段的调试质量管理经验 ,从调试单位角度简要分析了机组试运阶段调试质量管理的控制过程。简述了调试质量与试运进度的关系 。
According to experiences on test and adjustment quality control for 300 MW units during the test operation stage for recent years the author analyzes the control process of test and adjustment quality control during the test operation stage of the units from viewpoint of the test and adjustment organs.He gives a brief introduction about the relation of test and adjustment quality and test schedule and puts forward some feasible methods to improve the level of test and adjustment quality management. test operation of unit,test and adjustment,quality control5'BX]GAO Xiaodong,CHEN YeGAO Xiaodong,CHEN Ye (Department of Hematology,Affiliated Hospital of Nantong Medical College,Nantong226001) Abstract Objective:To study the effect of arsenic sulfide on the growing, the reverse and the apoptosis of the HL-60/ADR cells.Methods:(1) Analyse the growth inhibition of the cells by MTT assay.(2)Test the Pgp by the means of immunohistochemistry . (3)Detect the cell apoptosis by flow cytometry. Results:(1) Treatment of HL-60/ADR cells with arsenic sulfide inhibited the cell growth in a dose-dependent manner. (2)Positive findings of Pgp decreased after incubation with drugs. (3)The percentage of apoptotic HL-60/ADR cells increased after incubation with drugs.Conclusion:Arsenic sulfide can inhibit the HL-60/ADR cell growth, reverse the resistance and induce the apoptosis in a dose- and time-depentent manner, while positive findings of Pgp decreased.
