摘要
提出一种用于中压馈线自动化的户外柱上型智能重合控制器实现方案。以工业级微控制器Intel 87C1 96KC为核心 ,应用现场总线和智能化技术将测量、控制、保护、计量、远动和故障诊断等综合自动化、配电自动化功能就地分散到开关安装处 ,采用 CAN总线构造户外智能化设备的全分布式对称型多主网络。现场运行结果表明该方案具有可靠性高、运行稳定、成本低等优点 ,还能与目前广泛应用的变电站综合自动化、调度自动化系统相配合 。
A new type intelligent recloser controller installed on the outdoor rod used in the distribution feeder automation system is proposed. This new intelligent recloser controller is mainly composed of Intel 87C196KC and includes in itself all the functions of measuring, controlling, protection, calculation, remote-controlling and fault diagnosis based on fieldbus and intelligent technology. All the functions are distributed on the outdoor switching devices. CAN fieldbus is adopted in the communication network, so the multi-master architecture is formed. And the results of the application show that the system is reliable, low cost and works smoothly. Not only can it be connected with substation and dispatching automation system but also lays a foundation of the future distribution feeder automation system.
