摘要
目的 研究适量运动对糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌葡萄糖转运蛋白 (GL UT4)和丝裂素活化蛋白激酶 (MAPK)活性的作用。方法 40只 SD大鼠分为四组 :糖尿病非运动组 ,糖尿病运动组 ,正常非运动组和正常运动组。运动组进行 12周的中等强度的跑步训练。结果 (1)糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度增高 ,血胰岛素浓度降低 ;骨骼肌组织葡萄糖转运蛋白(GL UT4)含量下降 ;肝脏、胰腺和骨骼肌的丝裂素活化蛋白激酶 (MAPK)活性下降。 (2 )糖尿病运动组大鼠经 12周跑步训练后 ,血糖浓度下降 ,血胰岛素浓度升高 ;骨骼肌组织的 GL UT4含量增加 ;肝脏 ,骨骼肌和胰腺的 MAPK活性增加。结论 适量运动可增加骨骼肌 GL UT4的蛋白含量以及增强肝脏和骨骼肌 MAPK的活性 ,这可能是运动改善糖尿病糖代谢紊乱的机制之一。
Objective The effect of exercise on GLUT4 and MAPK activity in streptozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats were investigated.Methods 40 SD rats including exercise STZ diabetic group, and non exercise STZ diabetic group,and exercise normal group and non exercise normal group were used in the study.Exercise groups were trained with treadmill for 12 weeks.Results (1) The blood glucose increased and blood insulin decreased in STZ diabetic group. GLUT4 content of skeletal muscle in non exercise STZ diabetic rats was lower than that in exercise STZ diabetic rats and normal rats the MAPK activity was decreased in liver, pancreas and skeletal muscle in diabetic group.(2) After 12 weeks of treadmill exercise, the blood glucose decreased and blood insulin increased in exercise STZ diabetic group. The GLUT4 content of skeletal muscle and MAPK activity in liver,pancreas and skeletal muscle increased in exercise diabetic group.Conclusion Appropriate exercise training may influence insulin secretion and function and correct the abnormal glucose metabolism in diabetic rats.Through increasing GLUT4 protein level and MAPK activity.
