己内酰胺聚合萃取水利用工程进展 被引量:6

摘要 分析了己内酰胺聚合萃取水回收与聚合 4种工艺路线 ,其中己内酰胺的开环与成环反应为萃取水回收开辟了新的方法。提出建设大型己内酰胺聚合装置对萃取水回收 ,应选择浓缩液直接聚合回收萃取水为主 ,该工艺投资效益最佳。在产品性能要求很高时 ,选择 PE公司的浓缩液开环后聚合的回收路线较好。 Four routes of recovery and polymerization process of caprolactam extraction water in PA6 polymerization plant were analyzed. Reaction equilibrium of lactam open\|ring and form\|ring under specified conditions supplied new methods of extraction water recovery. It was suggested that the process of concentrated liquid direct polymerization for extraction water recovery yield the optimum investment efficiency and be employed in large\|scale caprolactam polymerization plant. The recovery route of concentrated liquid open\|ring prior to polymerization should be selected if the high\|performance product is designed.
