摘要
目的 探讨细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)、细胞周期素E(CyclinE)及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在尖锐湿疣(CA)中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化染色法测定 35例CA患者皮损、2 5例正常人包皮中CyclinD1、Cy clinE和PCNA的表达与分布。结果 35例CA患者CyclinE、PCNA表达较正常人上皮有不同程度的增强 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。CyclinD1在正常人上皮和大部分CA患者皮损都不表达 ,但在 3例不典型增生的CA上皮中有少量表达。结论 CA患者CyclinE、PCNA表达增强 。
Objective To investigate changes of Cyclin D 1, Cyclin E and Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in Condyloma Acuminatum(CA) and their significance.Methods The expression and distribution of Cyclin D 1,Cyclin E and PCNA in 35 CA specimens and 25 normal subject skin(foreskins) were detected by SP immunohisochemistry technique.Results The expression of Cyclin E and PCNA in skin lesions of CA was higher than that in normal epithelium with statistic signification. Cyclin D was not expressed in all normal skin and most CA lesion, but was expressed in all 3 specimens with atypical proliferation from CA lesions.Conclusion The expression of Cyclin E and PCNA in skin lesions of CA is increased. The expression of Cyclin D 1 may be related to atypical proliferation of CA epithelium.
