摘要
针对高速公路行车特点 ,利用神经网络理论建立高速公路沥青路面项目级智能综合决策模型 ,在该模型中使用一种新型效用函数 。
Based on the characteristic of freeway riding and using the theory of ANN, a project decision-making model is established, in which a new utility function was used. In addition, the model was applied to the maintenance project of the Hebei province.
