摘要
本文在分析水权和水权交易的基础上提出建立一种合约化的水权交易市场模式 ,并对此市场的结构和功能进行了分析。
In the paper the authors put forward and analyse a pattern for water property right transaction market based on contacts. The contract should be standardized and bound by laws. It should also stipulates where and when to deliver and receive a certain amount of water goods. It normally includes transaction unit, transaction price, transaction time, the limit of transaction price within a day, the last transaction day, delivery method and delivery sites, etc. In the end the authors analyse that water property right transaction market based on contracts may play a great role in solving water shortage and promoting national economic development.
