摘要
目的探讨暗示疗法和心理支持在神经症治疗和心理康复中的作用。方法对９６例住院患者进行对照治疗观察，治疗前后分别行精神卫生症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ －９０）检测，并进行组间比较。结果研究组治愈率（９４％）高于对照组（７３．９％）。对两组的治愈率和ＳＣＬ －９０评定结果进行分析和比较，均有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论暗示疗法和心理支持对神经症患者的治疗和康复具有重要的作用，可明显改善患者家庭和社会适应能力，提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of suggestion therapy and supportive therapy i n the treatment and mental rehabilit ation of neurosis.Method A compared prospective study was applied in 96in -patients with neuroses.All patients were evaluated by SCL -90pre -treatment and post -treatment.Result The cure incidence of patients in con trolled group(94%)is higher than the obverse group(73.9%).The cure incidence of these two groups an d evaluated result of patients by SCL-90were comprised.Conclusion Suggestion therapy and supportive play an important role in the treatme nt and rehabilitation of neuroses an d are helpful to make the result of tre atment better.
