摘要
精神心理康复在康复医学中有重要地位，该文系统介绍了中医心理学的主要理论、历史渊源和发展，中医心理学的病机、诊断、咨询、治疗等相关方法体系，归纳了中医心理治疗的主要方法：顺志从欲法、精神内守法、认知引导疗法、情志相胜疗法、暗示疗法、中国传统健身术、中药疗法及四时调神法等。
The article expound the importance e ffect of psychology rehabilitation in rehabilitation medicine.The major theory,historical origin and development of TCM were in troduced systemically in the article,the main methods of TCM psychological treatment were summa-rized,including therapy of acclima ting ambition and desire,therapy of strengthening spirit internally,t herapy of cognizing and guiding,therapy of emotion inter -restricting,therapy of hint,traditional Chi nese body movement of improving health,therapy of Chinese herbal,regulating mental based on four seasons and other time,etc.
