摘要
目的 探讨自主神经系统活动在早期复极综合征发生中的作用及其临床意义。方法 分析 2 2例早期复极综合征患者 (观察组 )与 2 5例正常者 (对照组 )的心率变异性时域指标。结果 与对照组比较 ,观察组SDNN、HRVTI显著增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,RMSSD、PNN50 非常显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ,SDANN、SDNNindex无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 早期复极综合征患者存在着自主神经功能失衡 ,副交感神经张力增高在本征的发生中起着重要作用 ,HRV分析有助于本征的诊断与鉴别诊断。
Objective To inquire into the effect of autonomic nervous activity on the development of early repolarization syndrome.Method 22 cases with early repolarization syndrome were collected as the observation group and 25 normal cases were collected as the control group.Time domain analyses of heart rate variability of all the cases were made and compared between the two groups.Result Compared with the control group,the observation group's SDNN and HRVTI were significantly higher(P<0 05),and RMSSD and PNN 50 were greatly higher (P<0 01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in SDANN and SDNNindex (P>0 05).Conclusion There exists dysfunction of autonomic nervous system in patients with early repolarization syndrome,and the enhancement of parasympathetic activity plays an important role in the development of the disease.HRV analysis is helpful to the diagnosis and differentiation of the disease.
