摘要
目的 探讨生产性有害因素对从业人员鼻腔和咽喉危害的原因及预防。方法 回顾分析了我市化工、建材、纺织、烟草等四个行业从业人员的鼻腔和咽喉疾病的发病情况。结果 不同行业从业人员的鼻腔和咽喉疾病的检出率与对照组比较两者差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。表明多种生产性有害因素均会对从业人员的鼻腔和咽喉造成危害。结论 在职业性健康监护体检时 。
Objective To explore the damage causes of productive harmful factors to the worker's nasal cavity and throat.Methods The incidence of nasal cavity and throat diseases in workers engaged in chemical industry,building,materials,textile industry and tobacco industry was analyzed retrospectively.Results The detection rate of nasopharyngeal diseases in workers from various industries were significant different compared with the controls( P <0.001),which showed that many productive harmful factors could affect the worker's nasal cavity and throat.Conclusion Nasopharyngeal diseases should be checked up and monitored routinely during occupational healthy guardianship.
