摘要
以苏州新区为例，阐述了城市新区居住区是城市崭新的人居空间，分析了其存在的主要问题，提出了加强规划建设保持城市新区居住区持续发展的途径。
Taking Suzhou New District as an example. the paper analyses the main problems existing in the planning and con- struction of city residential areas as brand- new living places. It further sets forth the sustainable ways to develop the new city resi- dential arase.
