摘要
目的 :对比灯烤法与传统包扎法对烧伤者头部供皮区愈合效果。方法 :采用灯烤法处理烧伤者头部供皮区与传统包扎法进行对比 ,监测局部血流和温度变化与愈合效果。结果 :在烧伤者头部供皮区愈合时间存在显著性差异 ,灯烤法头部供皮区平均愈合时间为 4.0天左右 ,而包扎法头部供皮区平均愈合时间为 7.0天左右。血运情况 ,两组也存在显著性差异。结论 :采用灯烤法处理烧伤头部供皮区明显优于传统包扎法 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective:\ To compare the healing effects of lamp-baking with bandaging on head donor skin after burn wound.Methods:Blood flow,temperature changes and healing effects were determined through comparing lamp-baking method with traditional bandaging method for head donor skin.Results:There was obving difference in healing time between two methods.The average healing time was about 4.0 days in lamp-baking method and was about 7.0 days in the traditional bandaging method.There was great difference in blood flow between two groups.Conclusion: Lamp-baking method is superior to traditional bandaging method for head donor skin after burn wound.
