This paper points out the necessity of reforming the training mode of higher teachers' education,puts forward the detail plans of the further reform on the training aim,the training standard,the training process,the system of the structure of the curriculum,the content and the method of teaching,the management of teaching and so on,and at last pictures the training mode of the creative teachers facing the 21 st century.
